On Tuesday, May 27, 2025, OBN’s Marijuana Enforcement Teams (MET) served a Search Warrant at JZ Happy Farms located at 28310 County Road 1600 Tupelo, Pontotoc County, Oklahoma, as part of an ongoing investigation for operating with an OBN Registration obtained by fraud. OBN MET Agents seized 14,780 plants and 344 pounds of processed marijuana. Arrests are pending as this case moves forward. OBN MET Agents were assisted by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP), Pontotoc County Sheriff’s Office, DEA, HSI, and the Pontotoc County Commissioner’s Office.
