District Attorney’s Office files application to destroy sizeable amount of marijuana seized in Coal County
On July 16, Assistant District Attorney Spencer Harvey filed an Application to destroy 213 baggies of marijuana weighing a total of 245.5 pounds that was seized in Coal County in 2025.The marijuana was confiscated from Lin Don Soh, a 32-year-old New York man who was driving with a suspended license.
