Joshua Wayne Donihoo, 19, Atoka, was arrested the evening of January 2 after Coal County Deputy Dylan Kimmel and Deputy Jesse Yother were dispatched to a residence on CR 1650 in response to a report of a male being intoxicated on inhalants and pointing a firearm at people.
