Connie B. Granger

Funeral services for Connie B. (Ronald) Granger, a Coalgate resident, were held Friday, May 2, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at Coalgate Methodist Church with Pastor Lyle Shipley officiating. Burial was in Centrahoma Cemetery with Brown’s Funeral Service of Coalgate in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Granger was born on November 19, 1938, to Gordon Stuart and Opal Eileen (McMillian) Ronald, at Coalgate, Oklahoma. She passed away on April 29, 2025, at Coalgate, Oklahoma, at the age of 86 years, 5 months and 10 days. Connie graduated from Coalgate High School in the Class of 1956. She was a floral designer at Kathryn’s Flowers, Coalgate Flower Shop and Main Street Florals. Connie also owned and operated a clothing store in Ada. She was a loving housewife. Connie married Larry Gene Bunch on June 9, 1956, at the Coalgate Methodist Church. They were blessed with four beautiful children during their life together and before his passing on March 1, 1981. She later married Bill Davis Granger on November 19, 1992, at Coalgate, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death on May 14, 2013. Connie was a member of the Coalgate Methodist Church. She enjoyed playing bridge, doing puzzles, and making floral arrangements. Connie loved sports and was a big OU fan.
Survivors include her children, Brenda Wood, Leslie Bellettini, both of Coalgate, Tobie Hearrell of Ada and Brian Bunch and wife Angela of Jesse, OK; grandchildren, Kay Burns, Sue Allen, Jake Wood, Rebecca Atkinson, Megan Wood, Jennifer Horton, Andrea Bellettini, Dario Bellettini, Ricco Bellettini, Lauren Hearrell, Brian Hearrell, Josie Bunch, Faith Bunch, Regan Bunch, Reese Bunch and Easten Bunch; twenty-four great-grandchildren; ten great-great-grandchildren; two great-great-great grandchildren along with numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Gordon Stuart and Opal Eileen (McMillan) Ronald; husbands, Larry Gene Bunch and Bill Davis Granger; sons-in-law, Burney Bellettini, Lawrence “Obie” Hearrell and Phillip Wood; grandchildren, Bovio Reed Bellettini, Joshua Hearrell, John Ross Wood and Henry Wood; great-great grandchild, Riley Ransom; brother, Stuart Ronald and sister Gormaleen Miller.
Casketbearers were Jacob-McKeen-Wood, Dario Bellettini, Brian Hearrell, Lauren Hearrell, Robbie Ronald and Blade Horton. Honorary casketbearer was Ronnie Miller.
