Funeral Services for Norma Gale Thomas aAtoka resident will be held Wednesday, March 8th, 2023 at 2:00 PM, Brown’s Funeral Chapel, Coalgate, OK. with Brother Chris Graham officiating.

Norma was born on July 1, 1959, to Norman Wayne Thomas and Carolyn Yvonne (Miller) Abbott, at Ada, OK and passed away on March 2, 2023 at Atoka, OK. at the age of 64 years, 8 months and 1 day. She graduated from Coalgate High School and received her LPN license from the Pontotoc Technology Center. She was of the Baptist faith, enjoyed painting vases, tending to her flowers, watching movies and reading. She loves baking for her grandchildren.

She is survived by daughter; Lacy Sanders and husband Charles of Atoka, OK. and Katy Dayne Hedgecock of Atoka, OK.; son, Johnny Ray Billings of Coalgate, OK; grandchildren, Libby and Braxton O’Brien, NaKenzie Quarterman, Emily and Thomas Taft-Billings; father, Norman “Pete” Thomas of Coalgate, OK.

‘Mother; Carolyn Abbott and husband Robert of Ada, OIK; sisters, Teresa Vanselow and husband Scott of Haskell OK; and Stormie Brumble of Broken Arrow, OK; Brother, Brad Thomas and wife Belinda of Coalgate, OK; Close friends, Kelly Bradford, Donna Merritt and Trudy Rutherford, along with numerous nieces, nephews and dearly lived friends.
