Ravenna R. Knight

Ravenna R. Knight, 89, died Thursday, November 24, 2022 in Mathews, VA. She is survived by two sons, Robert B. Carr and Michael W. Carr; daughter-inlaw, Carrie Carr and sister and brotherin- law, DimitrI and Anna Soulios.

Ravenna and her late husband, William G. Knight operated a cattle ranch for many years in SE Oklahoma. Upon retiring in Mathews, Ravenna devoted her attention to the care and welfare of feral cats. Ravenna was buried December 1, 2022 in the Radford Cemetery near Floyd, VA. In lieu of flowers, the family ask for those who are able to make a donation to the local Animal Shelter.
