Funeral services for Linda “RoRo” Kay Marley (Lemons) Gentry, an Atoka resident, will be held Saturday, July 25, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at Brown’s Funeral Chapel in Coalgate with Pastor Joey Lansdale officiating. Burial will be in McCarty Cemetery with Brown’s Funeral Service of Coalgate in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Gentry was born March 1, 1950 to Ernest and Florence Elizabeth (Danell) Lemons at Coalgate, OK and passed away July 18, 2020 at Coalgate at the age of 70 years, 4 months and 17 days. She attended and graduated from Stringtown High School and was an office manager for her church. Linda was a member of the Bible Believer First Assembly and attended Stringtown Baptist Church. She enjoyed crafts and painting and loved spending time with family, especially with grandsons.

Survivors include her daughters, Jamy Marley of Stringtown, Amy (Marley) Stevens of Arlington, TX; son, Michael Paul Marley of Oklahoma; grandsons, Jacob, Jonathan, and Josh Marley all of Stringtown; brother, J. D. Lemons and wife Allison of Ashland, OK; sisters, Betty Ragan and husband Sam of Spiro, OK and Mary Isom and husband Dan of Kiowa, OK; sister-in-law, Marsha Lemons of Grand Prairie, TX; special friend, Sherry Farris of Coalgate; special niece, Donna Franklin and husband Mike of Atoka; along with numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Palmer Lemons and Paul R. Lemons; sister, Joyce (Lemons) Smoot; brother-in-law, Tommy Smoot; grandson, Cody Marley; special niece, June Smoot Gann.
