Need a quick blessing or some inspiration during these troubled times?Read on. I’ve used this before but I think appropriate again considering the state of affairs.I envy Kevin (not his real name). He thinks God lives under his bed.

Dear Editor, As a concerned citizen, it’s is baffling to think that our city council could be so blinded and narrow minded to think that any decent person would not do the best job they could for the people of Coalgate.

Life expectancy for the average male is 75 years. I wish I had not have looked that up. However, the good news is that this week I have passed the average! Over the years, I have had the opportunity to cover thousands of events and meet thousands of great folks and loved it all.

I love to be around folks who don’t have thier phones stuck infront of their faces. While fewer and fewer kids playball or games outside, and can’t even carry on a simple time to quit fubbing for many reason... The older I get the more I enjoy my sleep and the less I like getting up.

Dear Next Generation.It’s important to look at the deeper meaning behind Valentine’s Day because there’s a lot more going on besides heart-shaped boxes of chocolate, flowers, and teddy bears. The concept of love is definitely worth exploring.

Mind the Gap I have been fortunate to visit England twice. One was a family vacation and the other an anniversary celebration. They were both memorable because we saw things we had read about in books while also seeing things we had never seen.
