Early voting begins Thursday, February 6, for the February 11 School Election. Voters who will not be able to make it to the polls on Election Day have the option of voting early at the County Election Board.Early voting is open to all voters.

A freshman at the University of Oklahoma, RaeLeigh Madden has been appointed as an Associate in the OU Student Government Association UndergraduateStudent Congress. A 2024 graduate of Coalgate High School, RaeLeigh is the daughter of Brandon and Seger Madden.

The Coalgate Athletic H.O.F. Board has announced the 7th class to this prestigious group of former outstanding Wildcats. There are now33individualsand 11 teams recognized for their superior performances. Following in alphabetical order are this year’s five inductees and two Wildcat squads.

Coalgate High School senior Kolt Hock signed with Southeastern Oklahoma State University on Wednesday, January 22. He will be joining 38 other students on the Savage Storm eSports team this fall.Holt says he is excited to get together with his new teammates and get to know them.
