Larry Wayne Melott passed away peacefully in his sleep surrounded by family at home on October 1, 2020 in Phillips, Oklahoma at the age of 61. He was born on November 11, 1959 in Wynnewood OK to Sidney and Barbara Melott. He attended Coalgate school.

Mrs. Boyd graduated from Coalgate High School and attended South Oklahoma City Community College where she received an Associate Degree. She was a travel agent, worked for a title and abstract company and was a hairdresser. Phyllis married Thurman James Boyd January 7, 1963 in Atoka, OK. She loved to travel and loved gardening.... there wasn’t anything she couldn’t grow. Everyone loved her amazing breakfasts and the sweets she always made too many of. They mostly loved when she got the silly giggles and couldn’t stop laughing. Phyllis will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
