The Board of County Commissioners of Coal County met for a regular meeting on Monday, November 25th, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. in the conference room of the County Administration Building. Nick Lee called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. Roll was called by Lee. Those present were: Nick Lee, Chairman, Kelly Campbell, Vice-chairman, Jon Fortner, Member, and Eugina Loudermilk, County Clerk. Mary Eddings gave the invocation. Guests present (according to sign-in sheet) were: Terry Martin-Coal County Health Dept, Ronnie Ennis, Rick Ellis-Tupelo RFD, Easton Crow-911 Director, LaDonna Flowers-Court Clerk and Naomi McCollum Fortner made a motion to approve the minutes from the previous meeting. Campbell seconded. Fortner, Campbell and Lee approved. Campbell made a motion to approve payroll for November 16-30. Fortner seconded. Campbell, Fortner and Lee approved. Campbell made a motion to approve the monthly blanket purchase orders for December. Fortner seconded. Campbell, Fortner and Lee approve the following: PO# VENDOR AMOUNT
