Funeral services for Bradi Lynn James, a McLoud resident, were held Monday, May 4, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at Brown’s Funeral Chapel in Coalgate with Bro. David Unsell officiating. Brown’s Funeral Service of Coalgate was in charge of arrangements.

Bradi was born on July 20, 1979, to Charles Keith James Jr. and Donna Sue (Anglin) James, at Ada, OK and passed away on April 26, 2026 at Mcloud, OK at the age of 46 years, 9 months and 5 days. She graduated from Olney High School with the Class of 1997 and went on to graduate from Southeastern Oklahoma University with a Bachelor’s degree in Education. Bradi was a Spanish teacher at Coalgate, Caddo, Coleman, and Bokchito Schools. She was of the Baptist faith. Bradi enjoyed gardening, collecting critters, and going to her boys’ ballgames. She was very competitive and driven to win at all costs.

Survivors include her sons, Garrett McMichael and wife Alli and, Gage McMichael all of Caddo and Gavin McMichael of Durant, OK; grandson, Morgan McMichael of Caddo; mother, Susie James of Olney; brother, Bronson James and wife Valerie of Olney; nieces, Abby Holden and husband, Justin of Mustang, Joley James and Delaney James, both of Durant, OK; aunts, Cheryl Lawrence and husband, Don of Olney and Wanda Ingram of Coalgate; uncle, Eddie Anglin and wife, Linda of Coalgate; special companion, Chad Powell of Shawnee; along with many other dearly loved friends and family.

She was preceded in death by her father, Charles James, Jr.; grandmothers, Leatrice Anglin, and Lela James; grandfathers, Touten “Red” Anglin and Charles James, Sr.; aunts, Ruth Ann Fuller, Cathy Flint and June Lindholm; uncles, Boyd Ingram, Jim Anglin, Chuck Dorff and Chuck Lindholm.

Honorary Casketbearers were Gavin Cagle and Ashton Cagle.
