Funeral services for Jagger Kade Farris, a Coalgate resident, were held Monday, July 6, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at John O. Linton Gymnasium in Coalgate with Bro. Del Lynch officiating assisted by Pastor Lyle Shipley. Interment was in Woodman Cemetery in Coalgate with Brown’s Funeral Service of Coalgate in charge of arrangements.

Jagger Kade Farris, a Coalgate resident, was born on July 30, 2002, to Justin Kent and Monaca Lynn (Brown) Farris, at Durant, OK. Jagger passed away on July 01, 2026 at Plano, TX at the age of 23 years, 11 months and 1 day. He attended Cottonwood Elementary, Stonewall Elementary, and McLish Middle School before graduating from Coalgate High School with the Class of 2022. Jagger went on to attend Eastern Central University in Ada, OK. He worked for H&L Processing as a floor assistant, IT Manager, and Marketing Manager, while also keeping all coworkers and customers entertained. Jagger also worked as a ranch hand at The Oklahoma Trophy Ranch. He attended Coalgate Methodist Church. Jagger loved to watch all sports, and could beat anyone in fantasy football. He was well-versed in sports facts and stats, and could answer any trivia question about any athlete. Jagger was a professional trash talker and instigator, and always the biggest momma’s boy. He loved going to OU games with Macy and Tommy. He also enjoyed watching Yankees’ baseball, and going fishing with Joey. He was the Coalgate Wildcats’ #1 fan, and was known to create football hype videos for many of his friends from Coalgate, as well as some OU football recruits. He was always excited to watch his sisters play ball, being loud and proud when they did well, but was guaranteed to roast them after each at-bat. He will always be missed by everyone who knows and loves him. Survivors include his parents, Justin Kent and Monaca Lynn (Brown) Farris of the home; sisters, Macy Peay and husband Tommy of Allen, OK and Myca Farris of Coalgate, OK; niece, Motley Ann Peay of Allen, OK; paternal grandfather, Harry Farris of Coalgate; Maternal grandfather, Tim Brown of Coalgate; maternal grandmother, Tana Burge and husband Steve of Coalgate; uncle Joey Brown and wife Christine of Coalgate; aunt, Kim Farris Burnett and husband Robert of Ochelata, OK; along with numerous extended family members, cousins and many dearly loved friends, He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Cherie Ann Farris.

Casketbearers were Briar Davidson, Conner Davidson, Hunter Davidson, Austin Lynch, Peter Nguyen, Will Penney, Peyton Hilfer and Braxton Martin. Serving as honorary bearers were Co-workers at H & L Processing, Zane Farris, Tommy Peay, Lionel Gonzalez, Gary Hensley, Zoey Brown, Tori Starkey, Truett, Joey Brown, Farris Ann Ayres, and Austin Lambert.
