Norvin Lale Robson, a lifelong Coalgate resident, passed away July 30, 2026 at Lindsey, OK at the age of 70 years, 11 months and 2 days. He was born on August 28, 1955, to Thomas William and Shirley Mozelle (Massie) Robson, at Ada, OK. Norvin graduated from Coalgate High School. He enjoyed fishing, being outdoors, and tinkering around fixing anything. Norvin was a rare soul, a legend, a brilliant one-of-a-kind mechanic, his hands could fix anything, his heart brought joy to everyone he knew. Norvin left behind a legacy of quiet wisdom, unmatched talent and deep kindness. He loved his family and friends and lived his life to the fullest.

Survivors include his children, Kayla Robson of Coalgate, Kyle Lyndon Ray of Oklahoma City and Shawnda Salazar of Columbia, MO; grandchildren, Kadyn Lale Robson, Kase Leon Cummins, Harry, Samantha Marie Salazar, Natalie Lynn Salazar and Sydney Marie Salazar; brother-in-law, Victor Fortenberry of Atoka; best friend, Lynn Eddings of Coalgate.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas William and Shirley Mozelle (Massie) Robson; brothers, Randy Robson and Ricky Zane Robson; special friend, Hazel Smith; along with many other lifelong friends.
