HONORING OUR FALLEN HEROES — Miranda’s Bakery Bar n Grill in Coalgate has set up this reserved table for America’s 13 troops who gave their lives in Afghanistan on August 26. The fallen heroes include eleven Marines, one Navy corpsman and one solider ranging in age from 20 to 31. Miranda (Elkins) said she and her family are proud to set the table because they are proud of America’s military. Her daughter, Chelsey McGehee, is a veteran of the Army National Guard. Son-in-law Zack McGehee currently serves in the Army National Guard and works at the Durant Armory.
