This section, built in the mid-70s, requires a roof replacement to ensure its longevity. The new roof will pave the way for phase 2, which involves upgrading the air conditioning system in two areas of the facility. These enhancements will greatly improve the quality of life for our residents and create better working conditions for our dedicated staff.
