Brylee Rice drives in five as Coalgate Wildcats Varsity defeats Buffalo Valley. Brylee would not be denied at the plate when runners were on base on Tuesday, March 8, driving in five on three hits to lead Coalgate Wildcats Varsity past Buffalo Valley 13-8.

Tupelo Defeats Kiowa in Blow Out Victory Thanks to Fourth Inning BoostTupelo put up seven runs in the fourth on its way to a 9-1 victory over Kiowa on Friday. The big inning was thanks to singles by Brody Mccollum and Cash Wafford, a groundout by Dalton O’dell, and a double by Peyton Bills.

Coalgate High School defeated Crowder 8-0 on Friday as three pitchers combined to throw a shutout. Payton Hilfer struck out Moten to finish off the game.The Wildcats opened up scoring in the first inning. Gavin Blue hit a solo homer.Coalgate High School scored four runs in the third inning.

Sliger Strong at the Plate as Lady Tigers Defeat MaudFour hits from Ava Sliger helped lead the way for Tupleo over Maud 14-6 on Thursday. Sliger doubled in the first, singled in the second, singled in the third, and homered in the fourth.

Coalgate High School powerlifters Caleb Perry and Will Penney will be heading to El Reno on Saturday, March 12, to compete in the OFBCA (Oklahoma Football Coaches Association) powerlifting meet. The two athletes qualified for state at the regional meet held March 4 at Broken Bow.
