A 25-year-old Arlington, TX man was arrested July 9 with cocaine and marijuana after an officer conducted a traffic stop on his vehicle for speeding. After stopping the vehicle, reserve Officer Christian Minyen also saw that the vehicle’s windshield was cracked.
