Atoka man facing charge for possession of psychedelic drugs

Kurtis J. Kirby, 53, Atoka, was arrested shortly after 2:00 a.m. December 28 following a traffic stop at the intersection of Broadway and E. Lafayette. Officer Christian Minyen, a Choctaw Lighthorse Police Officer crosscommissioned with the Coal County Sheriff’s Office, stopped Kirby’s Honda for having a border plate that obstructed the top part of the tag.
