Services for Freddie Bowerman were held Friday September 11, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. at Criswell’s Funeral Home with burial following at Moore Cemetery in Clarita, OK. Pastor Kathy Lofton officiated. Criwelll’s Funeral Service of Ada was in charge of arrangements.

Freddie J. Bowerman, 84, passed away on September 9, 2026, at Mercy Hospital in Ada, Oklahoma. He was born on June 4, 1942, in Olney, Oklahoma, to Fred Bowerman and Jessie Ennis Bowerman.

On October 29, 1960, he married the love of his life, Tisha Woods. Freddie spent his career as a dedicated tractor mechanic with Ada Implement, serving his community with hard work, expertise, and dependability throughout his working years.

Freddie is survived by his beloved wife of nearly 66 years, Letitia Bowerman of Ada; his children, Steve Bowerman and his wife Terri, and Kim Hayes and her husband Bret; his brother, Peewee Bowerman and his wife Linda; and his sisters, Carolyn Bays, and Betty and David Schornick. He also leaves behind seven cherished grandchildren, Brandon Tollett, Jayme Brown, Sydney Hayes, Jordan Hayes, Cody Carney, Stetson Bowerman, and Madison Pellerin, as well as two great- grandchildren, Mason Brown and Tyler Brown.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Jessie Bowerman; his brother, Larry Bowerman; and his sister, Neomia Barnes.
