COAL COUNTY RESIDENT PLEADS GUILTY TO ILLEGALLY POSSESSING AMMUNITION

The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Kevin Carter Kieckhefer, age 35, of Tupelo, Oklahoma, entered a guilty plea to one count of Felon in Possession of Ammunition, punishable by up to 15 years in prison and a $250,000.00 fine.The Indictment charged Kieckhefer with knowingly possessing 25 rounds of .223 ammunition on July 19, 2023, after having been previously convicted of a crime punishable by more than one year imprisonment.
