Eddie Watkins, aged 87, of Weatherford, OK, formerly a long time Coalgate resident, passed away peacefully on February 12, 2026, surrounded by the love of his devoted wife, Gerry.

Shelby Jean (Jennings) Stephens, a Coalgate resident, was born on February 10, 1937, to George Elvis and Vivian Ilene (Childers) Jennings, at Coalgate, Oklahoma. Shelby went to be with her Lord and Savior on February 6, 2026, at Coalgate, Oklahoma, at the age of 88 years, 11 months and 27 days.

Shirley Ann Barnett, age 70, of Coalgate, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully on February 6, 2026, at her residence.Shirley was born on July 11, 1955, in Ada, Oklahoma, to Richard Lee Barnett and the late Dorothy Ann Barnett. She grew up in Coalgate, Oklahoma, and graduated from Coalgate High School.

Funeral services for Johnny Marion Airington, Sr., a longtime Lehigh and Coalgate resident, will be held Friday, February 6, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at Brown’s Funeral Chapel in Coalgate with Rev. Bruce Herion officiating.

Ryan Scott Brazeal, a Coalgate resident, was born on August 29, 1992, to Thomas Lee Brazeal and Stephanie Lynn (Cole) Valadez, at Dallas, TX. Ryan passed away on January 19, 2026, at Ada, OK at the age of 33 years, 4 months and 21 days. He graduated from Coalgate High School with the Class of 2010.

Sandra J. Ingram, 76, of Wichita, Kansas, previously of Yukon, Oklahoma, passed away January 3, 2026, at the Kansas Veterans Home in Winfield.Born August 7, 1949, in Ada, Oklahoma, she was the daughter of Richard and Lola Lucille (Jackson) Ingram.
