Norvin Lale Robson, a lifelong Coalgate resident, passed away July 30, 2026 at Lindsey, OK at the age of 70 years, 11 months and 2 days. He was born on August 28, 1955, to Thomas William and Shirley Mozelle (Massie) Robson, at Ada, OK. Norvin graduated from Coalgate High School.

Funeral services for Angelia Kim Hensley, a Tupelo resident, will be held (today) Wednesday, August 5, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at Brown’s Funeral Chapel in Coalgate with Pastor James Poulin officiating. Burial will be in Lehigh Cemetery with Brown’s Funeral Service of Coalgate in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. EmiLea Stephens, 85, of Ada, Oklahoma, passed away on July 28, 2026, in Oklahoma City. Funeral services were held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, August 3, 2026, at Criswell Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Travis Muse officiating. Burial followed at Rosedale Cemetery.

Brenda Kay (Mitchell) Cole, a Coalgate resident, passed away July 27, 2026 in Coalgate at the age of 74 years, 9 months and 15 days. She was born to Joseph Adam and Cordie Lavada (Manning) Mitchell at Bakersfield, CA. She attended Lamont High School in California.

Jimmy Dale Wyatt, age 85, a Coalgate resident, was born February 21, 1941 to Lester and Hazel Ruth (Payne) Wyatt at Duncan, OK. He passed away July 17, 2026 at Coalgate at the age of 85 years, 4 months and 26 days. Jimmy graduated from Duncan High School with the Class of 1959.

Funeral services for Homer Glen Haney, an Ada resident, formerly of Coalgate, will be held Tuesday, July 28, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at the Coalgate Methodist Church with Pastor Lyle Shipley officiating assisted by Steve Cody.
